Phone bankers are asked to come to my campaign headquarters in Cleveland's Fairfax Neighborhood on your schedule. There you will be provided with a phone and a list of people to call. If you do not have a means of transportation with which to come to the campaign headquarters, please let me know and I will try to arrange for someone from my campaign staff or one of your fellow volunteers to pick you up.

As a canvasser you will reach to you friends and neighbors in person, knocking on their doors, talking to them and telling them about why you support me. You may also be asked to provide them with information on how to vote absentee or assist with filling out their absentee ballots.

Please note: in accordance with Ohio law, we are required to collect information about what your occupation and your employer. Please indicate these on a note accompanying your check, you do not need to disclose your employers address. If you are retired or not working for another reason please indicate this on your acompanying note.
Please also include the following statement and your signature certifying its accuracy on the accompanying note:
"This contribution represents my personal funds and is not drawn on an account maintained by an incorporated entity or other prohibited sources. I am a United States Citizen or permanent resident alien. The account used to make this contribution is in my name and I am financially responsible for the charges made to the card. The funds I am donating are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution."
